The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is to define the terms and conditions under which OFF PARIS SEINE offers its services and concludes reservations with its customers. By making a reservation, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted all of the following provisions.

2. Description of services
The hotel offers Double rooms, Suites, equipped with bathroom, toilet, TV, Wi-Fi.
Additional services may be offered: Breakfast, Restaurant, Seminars, Swimming pool.
The hotel has a 4-star rating.

3. Rates and taxes

Prices are quoted in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC) and exclusive of tourist tax. Prices include only those services expressly mentioned at the time of booking.

The tourist tax, collected on behalf of the municipality, is €8.45 per night per adult.

4. Booking and payment

Reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card or a deposit.

The balance of the stay is payable on site, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Payment methods accepted: Credit cards, cash, bank transfers

5. Cancellation and change conditions

Conditions vary according to the rate chosen and are specified at the time of booking. Unless otherwise stated, cancellations are free of charge up to 1 day before the arrival date.

After this time, or in the event of a no-show, the first night will be billed.

6. Arrival and departure

Rooms are available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12am on the day of departure. In the event of late arrival, the customer must inform the hotel.

7. Rules of procedure

The establishment is entirely non-smoking.

Pets are not allowed.

The customer undertakes to respect the premises and not to disturb the peace and quiet of other customers.

8. Theft, damage and missing items

The customer is responsible for any damage, disappearance or theft of objects belonging to the establishment (e.g. hairdryer, door tie, glass bottle, pillow, vase, umbrella, etc.) during or after his/her stay.

The hotel will :

- After informing the customer, deduct the corresponding amount from the credit card provided at the time of booking, in accordance with the authorization given at the time of acceptance of these terms and conditions.

- Demand full reimbursement for missing or damaged items, based on their replacement value.

10. Personal data
The information collected is processed for the purpose of managing reservations and stays. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD), you have the right to access, rectify, delete, limit, oppose and port your personal data. 11. Mediation
In the event of an unresolved dispute following a complaint to the hotel, the customer may contact the consumer ombudsman free of charge:

12. Applicable law and competent court
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the jurisdiction in which the hotel is located shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
